Formula:
Calendula, Chaste Tree, Cinnamon, Lady’s Mantle, Lemon Balm & Yarrow
Calendula:
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) has an affinity with the female reproductive system, supporting normal menstruation and comfort.
Chaste Tree:
Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) stimulates and balances the function of the pituitary gland, which plays a crucial role in regulating vital body functions. Its progesterone-like action supports hormonal balance for PMT and normal menstruation.
Cinnamon:
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) supports circulation, bringing valuable nutrients to the womb area. The tannins found in Cinnamon have an astringent action to support normal bleeding during periods.
Lady’s Mantle:
Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) supports regular cycles, especially when taken together with Yarrow. It is a beneficial and nourishing plant for women of all ages.
Lemon Balm:
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) supports regular periods and relaxes muscular tension. Used traditionally to help alleviate irritability and low mood associated with PMT as well as support for fluid balance.
Yarrow:
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) contains sterols, which support hormonal balance and a regular menstrual cycle. It supports normal periods as well as supporting the healthy functioning of the uterus.
