Arnica:

(Arnica montana) helps calm and heal. It is traditionally used to
relieve muscle and joint stiffness in musculoskeletal problems.
Birch leaf:
Birch
leaf (Betula pendula) contains a high number of minerals that help to
cleanse the body tissues of uric acid and waste products. It calms and
soothes.
Comfrey:
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is a
well-researched plant that promotes the healing of damaged joints and
connective tissue. Comfrey supports new tissue growth.
Dandelion:
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) is a kidney tonic that helps to cleanse the body of waste and toxins.
Nettle:
Known
in Europe as “washing powder for the body”, Nettle (Urtica dioica)
