Cayenne:
Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) is a powerful local stimulant. Its warming properties support circulation and the dilation of capillaries to promote healing and recovery. Regular use increases its effectiveness.
Comfrey:
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is a well researched plant that promotes the healing of fractured bones, soft tissue injuries, sprains and tendonitis. It supports the growth of new tissue. It helps reduce the appearance of scarring and keloid scars.
Rue:
Rue (Ruta graveolens) is the best plant for tendon and ligament injuries. It supports surface circulation to help minimise bruising.
St John’s Wort:
St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) supports any type of physiological trauma, especially beneficial for injured nerves, sciatica and disc damage. Excellent after surgery to support the healing of cut nerves.
