Radiance Kids Eye contains 5mg of lutein, an orange pigment found in vegetables and other plants.

Lutein is thought to absorb excess sunlight to prevent damage to plants leaves. It is also found in the macula of the human eye, where is it thought to have a similar action, absorbing excess blue light and preventing it from reaching the underlying sensitive structures in the retina. This reduces the risk of screen time induced oxidative damage that may lead to digital eyestrain and increase the risk of macular degeneration and other degenerative eye diseases later in life.
