As most snoring problems originate from the throat and not from the nasal passages – you can do this simple test.
1) Inhale and make a snoring noise
2) Extend your lower jaw to a forward position
3) Now – try to make the same snoring noise
You should find it much more difficult to make a snoring noise, if any at all.
This is an indication that the Slumber Guard will work for you because with your lower jaw in a forward position you are less likely to suffer from snoring due to throat airway obstruction.
