When To Use:
Iron supplements can assist when a balanced diet alone cannot effectively maintain adequate levels of iron in the body.
Iron supplementation is especially important for vegetarians, vegans and during pregnancy, as healthy iron levels generally are not met.
Also, due to the extra iron women require, and because of factors such as menstruation, iron deficiency is much more prevalent in women than in men.

Iron (from Ferrous gluconate) 10 mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine as hydrochloride) 0.55 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin as sodium phosphate) 0.70 mg
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 8 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine as hydrochloride) 0.70 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1.5 mcg
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 55 mg

Rosa canina (Rose hip) fruit
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) flower
Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) herb
Elymus repens (Quack grass) rhizome
