How To:
FOR LASHES: Zig-zag mascara brush from base of lashline, working your way up to the ends of lashes. FOR BROWS: Brush evenly through brows for groomed brows that last all day.
Ingredients:
AQUA, PVP, 1.3-BUTYLENE GLYCOL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, METHYL ESTER POLYMER, ROSE ETHER, NIPAGUARD CMB.
