Traditionally used in western herbal medicine to relieve coughs, common cold symptoms and mild upper respiratory tract congestion and coughs.

Sprinkle a few drops on a handkerchief, in a bath or on a pillow for additional relief.

Massage into the chest and back for a topical rub two to three time a day. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Dilute 50% with water in a spray bottle and use as a room freshener. A few drops can be added to water to mop floors or your laundry rinse water. To remove grease marks on clothes, rub with a damp cloth moistened with oil. Suitable for cleaning stainless steel surfaces.

Eucalyptus oil can be used around the house to deodorise and remove unwanted odours. It can also be used to remove sticker or decal residue from glass.
