Swisse Ultiboost Sleep a combination of magnesium and herbs, including valerian, which has been used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine to assist with tension and supports a natural, restful sleep.
Active Ingredients:

MAGNESIUM (from magnesium orotate 100 mg) 6.4 mg
STANDARDISED EXTRACTS EQUIVALENT TO DRY:
VALERIAN (Valeriana officinalis) root (equiv. valerenic acids 2.6 mg) 1.3 g
LICORICE (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root & stolon (equiv. glycyrrhizinic acid 2.5 mg) 50 mg
EXTRACTS EQUIVALENT TO DRY:
HOPS (Humulus lupulus) flower 200 mg
CHINA ROOT (Poria cocos) fruiting body 50 mg
ANEMARRHENA ASPHODELOIDES root 50 mg
Also contains tabletting aids, colouring and flavouring substances.
No Added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, soy or artificial flavours.

Dosage:
Adult:Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
